By enrolling and/or allowing your child to participate in any programs, activities, events, or use of indoor and outdoor play areas operated by Just 4 Kids Drop-In Child Care, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with children’s recreational and educational activities. While Just 4 Kids Drop-In Child Care is committed to maintaining a safe and supervised environment, participation is voluntary, and parents/guardians assume responsibility for those risks that are reasonably associated with participation in such activities.
